"Limited delivery"

I live in Eccleston park and in 5 days only had one delivery of mail Matt delivered yesterday please put him on our area and stop neglecting us. Its Christmas and would love some mail really unfair at this time of year. why are we been singled the price of postage you could do better. I am aware our regular postman is off give us Matt efficient and helpful. Surely you have others who could deliver.
