"Poor Quality Work"

I needed a welding fixup for my broken iron fences.

They gave an estimate that seemed reasonable and said they'd have it done in 3 working days.

Initially the work seemed good but after day 1 they replaced the workers and the quality went down and progress was slow.

After the 3 days, in was only 1/2 complete, they said they had loss of staff from illness.

I said, ok. Please get it done ASAP.

5 days later its complete.

It didn't look stable and they also charged my 25% more than promised.

What can you do?.
