"Never again!"

I am fed up going to this restaurant and receiving the wrong order, no napkins, sauces or utensils to eat with. The chips were old and re-fried, the nacho chicken meals were nowhere near like the display and like the staff could care less. I have visited this restaurant a couple of times each year since its inception, but every time there is multiple problems and the food is sub standard. I have relayed my story to others and found similar experiences. Why don't you just close! With times being so bad, how can you be so poor? Disgrace.
