Hi, my name is mandy, we do anything up to a 100 cusomers a week, I am so sorry that u were dis appointed with ur hair, I have up dated the salon, bringing it a bit more trendy, we won hairdressers off the year june 2011, so we must be doin something right, before we strip anyones hair, we do explain that ur hair will go dry, n u need to keep it in good condition, we are friendly in the shop, n treat everyone the same, sorry if u didn't feel that, the salon as calmed down now . N sorry if u were offended in anyway on ur visit to classy cuts xxx .
